Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ditsy Daisy.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes in life things do not meet our expectations.
When this happens, you need to know your
consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. You may also return items within 14 days of receipt.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returned within 14 days of receipt
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at our email address returns@ditsydaisy.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning items to us if the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred option.
